Momentum is building for our Annual Silent Auction. We have rented the upper floor lounge at the St. Albert Curling Club for our function. It’s an excellent facility with lots of room for our auction and socializing. We have arranged for a AAA Prime Rib Buffet with all the fixings. This is going to be a great event. Ticket price will be $30.
We have had some success gathering items for the auction, but our experience is that mail-outs and phone calls are not as effective as face to face requests. We need your help to make this an extremely successful event. In our forum, we have posted our fundraising request letter. Please print this letter and take it with you to the places you work, shop, eat, or know the owners. Maybe even Aunt Sally can help us out with a homemade pie.
