Edmonton Boat and Sportsmen’s Show
Visit the Northern Lights Fly Tyers booth at the Edmonton Boat and Sportsmen’s Show. We will be manning a fly tying booth at the show. There will be other fishing related exhibits such as Fly Casting Demos, a Fly Fishing Film tour and various fishing vendors.
The show runs March 17-20 at Northlands Expo Center.

Tak Shimizu – Dragonfly Nymph – spun deer hair
At our last club meeting, Tak demonstrated his mastery of spinning deer hair with a dragonfly nymph.

Fly Tying Demonstrations at local trade shows
Northern Lights/TU Edmonton will be manning demonstration booths at the upcoming Edmonton Boat and Sportsmen’s Show (starting March 17) and at the Edmonton Outdoor Show (starting March 31). Volunteers are still needed for some shifts. Please contact Brian Donnelly in the forum.
